Quality policy

The strategic goal of PROTEKTOR S.A. implemented through the quality policy is to meet the needs, expectations and requirements of the customers to achieve customer satisfaction, and to search for the ways and solutions for improvement.

The priority objective of the Protektor Group is the top quality of manufactured and sold products. To achieve maximum customer satisfaction, the Protektor Group has implemented Quality Management Systems at each of its locations and obtained AQAP certificates (which document meeting NATO requirements regarding quality and functionality) for the military footwear manufactured at the Company’s production plants in Poland and the Czech Republic.
