Company business and strategy
The Protektor Capital Group specialises in the manufacture and sales of high quality protective, military and specialist footwear of high safety class: safety, occupational, fire-fighter’s and trekking shoes for a wide range of customers, mostly from the EU territory, but also from Asia, Africa and South America. The product portfolio also includes models dedicated to niche customers, such as footwear for teenagers and young people, and finally to other customer groups, such as hunters or motorcyclists.
At present, the Protektor Capital Group comprises the following: LZPS sp. z o.o. based in Lublin, Abeba Specialschuh-Ausstatter GmbH based in St. Ingbert (Germany), Inform Brill GmbH based in St. Ingbert (Germany) and Prabos Plus a.s. based in Slavičin (Czech Republic). The Group operates 4 footwear production plants, one in Poland, one in the Czech Republic and two in Moldova.
The Group has its own laboratories and pattern rooms in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. It also cooperates with external designers, thus constantly implementing new technologies and product models. The proof of high quality products offered by the Group are numerous certificates (AQAP, ISO, WE, TUV, SD) and patents.
Currently, the Protektor Group is striving to expand its product portfolio with other occupational safety products, and to transform the Group from the manufacturer of specialist footwear into a supplier of a comprehensive range of PPE products.
The strategy of the Capital Group provides for expanding its offer with broadly understood occupational safety products in all economic sectors (in the future, the portfolio will be supplemented with footwear complimentary products, such as protective clothing, safety helmets or masks). The Company’s Management Board aims to further expand the Capital Group by organic growth and acquisitions, and to make it a leader on the market of Personal Protection Equipment.
