Piotr Skrzyński – President of the Management Board

Piotr Skrzyński – President of the Management Board. Piotr Skrzyński is an engineer, economist and financier. He graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Electronics with his major in electrical engineering and automatics. Also, he studied economy at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Bretagne in Brest (France) obtaining the MBA degree, as well as at Ernst & Young and Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) obtaining the title of Executive In Finance (MBA).
Piotr Skrzyński has extensive experience in working at managerial positions in Poland and abroad for companies with foreign and domestic cacapital.
He started his career in his final year of study in France, at Merlin Gerin in the Central and Eastern Europe Department. At the end of 1993, he came back to Poland where he continued to work as a Marketing Director of Merlin Gerin in Poland. After acquisition of Merlin Gerin by Schneider Electric in 1995, he acted as the Marketing Director, Strategy Director and Development Director at Schneider Electric Polska, Polish branch of this international concern.
At the beginning of 2003, Piotr Skrzyński was appointed Managing Director of Vatech Polska, Polish branch of an Austrian concern specializing in end-to-end power engineering solutions.
At the end of 2003, he was appointed Vice President of the Management Board of a listed company Apator S.A. in Toruń where he was responsible for the sales and company development as well as providing support in building the technological and capital group.
In 2007, for a couple of months, Piotr Skrzyński provided support and consultancy services for KAREN S.A. preparing for further capital development. Between 2007 and 2009, acting as the Vice President of TRIAS S.A., he was in charge of the restructuring process of this multimedia company, aimed at organization of its assets and ROI optimization.
Since 20 April 2009, Piotr Skrzyński has acted as the President of the Management Board of PROTEKTOR S.A.

Paweł Strączyński – Management Board Member
Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFAO)

Paweł Strączyński has attained complete higher education. He graduated from Wrocław University of Economics, Department of National Economy, specialty: finances and banking, and he is the holder of Master of Business Administration – Executive MBA degree. Mr Strączyński has extensive experience in financial affairs. He started his career at SYSTEM-ALARM-SERWIS where he worked as an accountant and Economic Director. Between 1998-1999, he worked as the Financial Department Manager – assistant to the President of the Management Board of BSS-Polska in Zielona Góra. In 2000, he worked as a Marketing Specialist at POLOPLAST in Oleśnica. Between 2000-2002, Mr Strączyński acted as a representative of the EDUCATION ENRICHMENT CENTRE (CENTRUM EDUKACJI FAKULTATYWNEJ) in Głogów and subsequently (2002-2005) he acted as the Chief Accountant at ASP Polska in Głogów. Between August 2005 and January 2010, he acted as CFO of Steinpol Group companies.
